Brand voice

Teach SocialPostScheduler how your brand writes so every AI draft sounds like you.

Set up

  1. Open Settings → Brand voice for the workspace.
  2. Paste 3–10 posts you are proud of. Mix networks if you can.
  3. SocialPostScheduler extracts tone, vocabulary, do's and don'ts, emoji habits and hashtag habits.
  4. Edit any rule by hand and save.

The voice is used in every AI generation in that workspace: composer assist, planner, rewrites and suggested replies.

Tips

  • Each workspace has its own voice — useful for agencies.
  • Update the samples when your style changes.
  • Add hard rules like 'never use slang' in the don'ts list.
