Approvals & client portal

Each workspace can have an ordered list of approval steps. A step is a role (for example any Admin) or a named person.

• Posts by Contributors enter pending_approval automatically.
• Each step approves in order. After the last step the post becomes approved and is scheduled.
• Reject sends the post back to draft with a comment.

1. Open the posts or calendar range you want reviewed.
2. Choose Share for approval. SocialPostScheduler creates a private link.
3. Send the link to your client. They approve or comment without creating an account.
4. On the Agency plan the portal uses your logo, colour and domain.
