What this covers

This policy applies to payments made to Surge Software Solutions Private Limited for SocialPostScheduler at socialpostscheduler.com.

No subscription, nothing to cancel

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge. You can stop using SocialPostScheduler at any time and close your account from its settings or by emailing [email protected].

Prepaid balance

SocialPostScheduler is free for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up), with everything unlocked and no card. After that you pay exactly what each AI action costs us, with no markup and no subscription, from a prepaid wallet you top up through Razorpay. Scheduling, the calendar, approvals, links and the API are not metered. The pricing page lists the rates.

Refunds

• Unused balance: refundable in full at any time on request, including when you close your account.
• Used balance: balance already spent is not refundable.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged twice, or charged for a top-up that did not add balance, we refund it in full.
• Charging errors: if a use was charged wrongly, tell us and we will correct your balance or refund the difference.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the product name (SocialPostScheduler) and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We will reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it in your account.
