# A social media planner for agencies with many clients

Last updated 2026-11-01 · by Venu Gopal Reddy Muvva, founder

An agency needs each client kept apart, a fast way to get sign-off, and a tool that carries its own brand. In SocialPostScheduler each client gets a workspace with its own channels, brand voice and calendar, clients approve through a link with no login, and Settings → White-label puts your name, logo and domain on it. You schedule on demo channels today; live posting is coming soon.

## How to do it in SocialPostScheduler

- 1Create a workspace per clientOpen Settings → New workspace, name it after the client and set its Timezone. It gets its own channels, posts, inbox and bio page.
- 2Teach each client's voiceSwitch to the client's workspace, open Brand voice, paste 3–20 of their posts and choose Learn my voice.
- 3Plan their monthOpen AI planner, write the client's brief and choose ✨ Plan my month. Review the drafts on Calendar.
- 4Set the approval stepsOpen Settings → Approvals, choose + Add step, add Client as a step and choose Save workflow.
- 5Send the client linkIn Approvals, copy the Client link (no login needed) and send it. The client can approve or comment without an account.
- 6Brand it as yoursOpen Settings → White-label and set the name, logo, colour and custom domain, and hide Powered by.

## Keep clients apart

Mixing clients in one account leads to the worst agency mistake: the wrong post on the wrong page. Give every client a workspace. Channels, posts, media, inbox, link-in-bio and brand voice all stay inside it.

Invite your team in Settings → Team and pick roles. Editors schedule. Contributors create posts that need approval. Client is approve and view only. Viewer is read only.

## Make approval the easy part

Sign-off is where agency time disappears. Send one link for the month, not one email per post. The client reads, approves or asks for changes, and you see each decision in Approvals.

Set a rule with clients: anything not commented on in three working days is treated as approved. Write it in your contract, not in the tool.

## Price your retainer around real costs

SocialPostScheduler is free for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up), with every feature on and no card needed. After that you pay only for what you use, at our cost with no markup. AI writing, month plans and AI images are charged per use from a prepaid wallet. Scheduling, the calendar, approvals, links and the API are not metered. That makes the tool cost per client easy to work out and pass on.

For client reports, Analytics can export CSV or open a printable report. Network stats are demo data until networks go live, but short-link clicks are real.

## When SocialPostScheduler is not the right tool

If your clients expect posts to go live on their real accounts this week, use a tool with live posting today, such as SocialPilot. SocialPostScheduler publishes only to demo channels for now, and the inbox shows demo comments. It fits agencies that want to plan, write and get sign-off now, and switch on live posting when it arrives.

## Questions

Is white-label included?

Yes. Paid plans are switched off, so white-label and approvals are on for everyone.

Does each client need an account to approve?

No. The client link opens without a login. You can also invite a client as a member with the Client role if they want to log in.

Can each client have a different brand voice?

Yes. Brand voice is set per workspace, so each client's drafts sound like them.

Is there a limit on clients?

You can create a workspace per client. There is a fair-use cap of 100 channels per organization.
