## How the service is delivered

When you top up, the amount is added to your SocialPostScheduler wallet at socialpostscheduler.com once Razorpay confirms the payment, and pays for AI actions at the rates on the pricing page. You can see your balance and top-ups under Usage & wallet in your account.

## If something is not delivered

If your payment succeeded but the balance does not appear in your account, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will add it or refund the payment in full (see our [cancellation and refund policy](https://socialpostscheduler.com/refunds)).
