## What is SocialPostScheduler?

SocialPostScheduler is a social media scheduler and AI planner by Surge Software. It plans a month of posts from one brief, writes and tailors posts with AI, runs client approvals and keeps one content calendar.

## Is it really free?

Yes, for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up). Every feature is unlocked, paid AI engines included, with no cap and no card. After that you pay only for what you use, at our cost.

## What happens after 3 months?

You keep your account and everything in it. Scheduling, the calendar, approvals, links and the API stay included. AI writing, month plans and images are paid per use from a prepaid wallet, at exactly what they cost us — no markup and no subscription. We email you on day 75, 85 and 90 before anything changes.

## Do I need a card?

No. You sign up with your name, email and a password, or with Google. You only add money to your wallet after the free period, and only if you want to keep using the AI.

## What does it cost after the free period?

Each AI action is charged at our measured or estimated cost per unit (for example per million tokens on our own AI server). The pricing page lists every rate. A small business planning one month on our own AI uses about 0.2 million tokens, which costs about ₹0.50 (est.). Top-up packs are ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000 and ₹2,000.

## Is there a limit?

During the free period there is no cap on usage, paid engines included. The usual fair-use limit stays: up to 100 channels per organisation.

## Can I post to Instagram, LinkedIn or X yet?

Not yet. Live posting to each network is coming soon (planned: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp). Today you plan, draft, approve and schedule on demo channels, which publish to a simulator.

## Which networks are planned?

X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp, each through its official API.

## What happens to posts I schedule now?

On demo channels they are published to a simulator at the scheduled time, with sample stats and comments. Nothing is posted publicly.

## How does the AI plan a month?

You write a short brief (offers, launches, audience) and pick your channels. The AI drafts a post for each day and network, festivals included, in your brand voice. Every draft is yours to edit before you schedule.

## Does it write with AI?

Yes. It writes a post from a topic, tailors one post for each network, suggests hashtags and plans a whole month from one brief. It runs on Surge's own AI server.

## Can clients approve posts without an account?

Yes. Add an approval step for clients in Settings → Approvals; each post gets a private link they can open without logging in.

## Can I move my posts from Buffer or another tool?

Yes. Put your posts into a CSV (date, time, channels, text, media URL, first comment) and import up to 1,000 rows at a time in Bulk CSV.

## Is there an API?

Yes: a REST API with an OpenAPI spec, signed webhooks, and an MCP server so Claude, Cursor and other AI agents can draft and schedule for you. Create a key in Settings → API keys.

## Can I put my own brand on it?

Yes. Settings → White-label sets your name, logo and colour on the app, link-in-bio pages and the client approval page.

## Does it support Indian languages?

Writing in 11 Indian languages is built but switched off for now; the site and the AI write in English. The Indian festival calendar works.

## Is there an inbox and analytics?

Yes, but they show demo data until networks go live, because comments and stats come from the networks. Short-link clicks are real.

## Is my data safe?

The app and its database run on Surge Software's own servers in Bengaluru, India. Network logins are stored encrypted. Email goes through Resend; the AI runs on our own server, with Claude as a fallback only when it is busy or fails a quality check.

## Who is behind SocialPostScheduler?

Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, a software company in Bengaluru, India. The founder is Venu Gopal Reddy Muvva.

## How do I reset my password?

Use “Forgot password?” on the log-in page. The emailed link works once and expires in 30 minutes.

## Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Ask the assistant (bottom right). If it doesn't have a confirmed answer, leave your email: the founder replies within about 10 hours, otherwise our assistant sends you its best answer. You can also email corp@surgesoftware.co.in.

Still unsure? Ask the assistant (bottom right) or write to [corp@surgesoftware.co.in](mailto:corp@surgesoftware.co.in). [Create a free account](https://socialpostscheduler.com/signup).
