# Getting started

Create a workspace, connect channels and schedule your first post in about 10 minutes.

## Key ideas

| Term | Meaning |

| --- | --- |

| Organization | Your billing unit — a brand or an agency. |

| Workspace | One brand or client. Channels, posts, media, inbox, bio page and brand voice live here. |

| Channel | One connected profile, page or account (for example one Instagram account). |

| Post | One piece of content sent to one or more channels, with optional per-network text. |

## First 10 minutes

- Sign up and name your organization and first workspace.
- Set the workspace timezone. Every scheduled time uses it.
- Connect one or more channels (see Connecting networks).
- Optional: add 3–10 sample posts to train your brand voice.
- Open Compose, write a post, pick channels and choose Schedule, Add to queue or Best time.
- Or open the AI planner, write one brief and get a month of drafts on the calendar.
