# Bulk CSV import

Schedule up to 1,000 posts at once from a spreadsheet.

## File format

First row must be the header: `date,time,channels,text,media_url,first_comment`.

| Column | Required | Format |

| --- | --- | --- |

| date | Yes | `YYYY-MM-DD` |

| time | Yes | `HH:mm`, 24-hour, in the workspace timezone |

| channels | Yes | Channel names or network ids, separated by `\|` |

| text | Yes | Post text. Wrap in double quotes if it has commas or line breaks |

| media_url | No | Public URL of an image or video |

| first_comment | No | Text posted as the first comment where the network supports it |

Maximum 1,000 rows per file.

## Importing

- Open Compose → Bulk import and upload the file.
- SocialPostScheduler checks every row: dates, channel names, character limits and media rules per network.
- Rows with errors are listed with the reason. Fix them in the file and re-upload, or skip them.
- Confirm to schedule the valid rows.
