# Approvals & client portal

Multi-step approvals for your team and a no-login approval link for clients.

## Approval workflow

Each workspace can have an ordered list of approval steps. A step is a role (for example any Admin) or a named person.

- Posts by Contributors enter `pending_approval` automatically.
- Each step approves in order. After the last step the post becomes `approved` and is scheduled.
- Reject sends the post back to draft with a comment.

Approvals and the client portal are included free.

## Client portal

- Open the posts or calendar range you want reviewed.
- Choose Share for approval. SocialPostScheduler creates a private link.
- Send the link to your client. They approve or comment without creating an account.
- On the Agency plan the portal uses your logo, colour and domain.
