# Analytics & performance prediction

Track results per channel and post, and get a 0–100 score with fixes before you publish.

## Analytics

| Metric | Meaning |

| Impressions | Times the post was shown |

| Engagements | Likes, comments, shares and saves |

| Clicks | Link clicks (network data + SocialPostScheduler short links) |

| ER | Engagement rate = engagements ÷ impressions |

## Performance prediction

While you write, SocialPostScheduler shows a 0–100 score and the top 3 fixes. It looks at:

- Length vs what works on that network
- Media attached or not
- Hashtag count
- Question or call to action
- Quality of the chosen time slot
- Link penalty on networks that downrank links
- How similar past posts in your workspace performed

The score is a guide, not a promise. It gets more accurate as your workspace builds history.

## Best time to post

Each channel learns its own best hours from your engagement history, blended with a network default until you have enough data. Choose 'Best time' when scheduling to use it.
